Collect and Act on Feedback

ISO Mate’s Feedback Portal provides a structured way to collect, prioritize, and act on feedback from your users and team members.

Feedback Types

Submit feedback in four categories:

  • Feature Request: Suggest new features
  • Feature Improvement: Suggest improvements to existing features
  • Bug Report: Report defects and issues (can optionally include logs and screenshots)
  • General Feedback: Share general thoughts and suggestions

Status Tracking

Track feedback through its lifecycle: New, Under Review, Planned, In Progress, Completed, or Declined. Administrators update the status as feedback is reviewed and acted upon.

Priority Levels

Feedback is prioritized as Low, Medium, High, or Urgent to help administrators focus on what matters most.

Voting

Users can upvote or downvote feedback to signal which items are most important to the community. Vote counts help administrators prioritize the backlog.

Comments

Discuss feedback with comments. Users and administrators can add context, ask clarifying questions, and provide updates on progress.

Visibility

Feedback can be set to Public (visible to all users) or Private (visible only to administrators), giving you control over what the community sees.
