Managing Contacts

Contacts Guide

The Contacts module provides a centralized directory for managing external contacts, clients, vendors, and partners.

Creating a Contact

  1. Navigate to Contacts in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter the contact details:
    • Name: Full name of the contact
    • Email: Email address
    • Phone: Phone number
    • Company: Organization the contact belongs to
    • Title: Job title or role
    • Notes: Additional information about the contact
  4. Click Save.

Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar to find contacts by name, email, company, or phone number. Filter by company to see all contacts from a specific organization.

Editing a Contact

Click on a contact to view their details, then click Edit to update any field.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple contacts using checkboxes to bulk-delete.

Exporting Contacts

Click the Export dropdown and choose CSV or PDF. The export respects your current search and filter criteria.
