Custom Object Entries

Once an object type is published, you can create entries (records) using the defined schema.

Creating an Entry

  1. Click the published object type in the sidebar (under Custom Objects).
  2. Click Add.
  3. Fill in the fields defined by the object type schema. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
  4. If the object type has tabs, navigate between tabs to fill in all sections.
  5. Click Save.

Viewing Entries

The entry list shows all entries for the selected object type in a table format. Columns correspond to the fields defined in the schema.

Filtering and Searching

  • Use the search bar to find entries by text content.
  • Apply filters based on field values (e.g., filter by status, date range, or any select field).
  • Click Clear Filters to reset all filters.

Editing an Entry

Click on an entry to view its details, then click Edit to modify field values.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple entries using checkboxes to:

  • Delete selected entries

Exporting Entries

Click the Export dropdown and choose CSV or PDF. The export includes all visible columns and respects your current filters.
