Subscription Management

Subscribing to a Plan

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. View available plans and pricing.
  3. Select the plan that fits your team size and needs.
  4. Enter your payment details (credit card via Stripe).
  5. Confirm your subscription.

Viewing Your Current Plan

The billing page shows your current plan, billing cycle, next payment date, and the number of users on your account. Subscription quantity automatically adjusts based on the number of active users.

Viewing Invoices

The billing page lists all past invoices with date, amount, and status. Click on an invoice to view or download the PDF.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Resuming a Cancelled Subscription

If you cancelled but your billing period has not ended, you can click Resume Subscription to reactivate your plan without interruption.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails, ISO Mate will retry the payment automatically. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment. Update your payment method in the billing settings to resolve the issue.
