Using the Feedback Portal

Feedback Portal Guide

The Feedback Portal lets your team submit ideas, report bugs, and suggest improvements. Vote on submissions to help prioritize what matters most.

Submitting Feedback

  1. Navigate to the Feedback Portal.
  2. Click Submit Feedback.
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Title: A clear, concise title for your feedback
    • Type: Feature Request, Feature Improvement, Bug Report, or General Feedback
    • Priority: Low, Medium, High, or Urgent
    • Description: Detailed description of your idea or issue
  4. Click Submit.

Feedback Statuses

Feedback items move through these statuses as they are reviewed and acted upon:

  • New: Just submitted, awaiting review
  • Under Review: Being evaluated by the team
  • Planned: Accepted and scheduled for implementation
  • In Progress: Currently being worked on
  • Completed: Implemented and available
  • Declined: Not accepted (with explanation)

Voting

Click the upvote button on any feedback item to show your support. The vote count helps prioritize which items get attention first. You can remove your vote by clicking the button again.

Commenting

Add comments to feedback items to provide additional context, ask questions, or discuss implementation details. Comments are visible to all users who can access the feedback portal.

Filtering Feedback

Filter feedback by type, status, priority, or search by title to find specific items.
