Real-Time Notifications

Receive instant notifications when you are assigned to tasks, issues, or incidents, when statuses change, when due dates approach, and when team members mention you in chat.

Notification Categories

Notifications are organized into categories: Tasks, Issues, Calendar, QA, Incidents, Compliance, Email, Account, Workflows, Custom Objects, Notes, and Chat. Each category can be independently enabled or disabled.

Notification Preferences

Customize which notifications you receive by category. Set quiet hours to pause notifications during off-hours. Preferences are per-user, so each team member controls their own notification experience.

Notification Tray

Access all your notifications from the notification tray in the header. Mark individual notifications as read, delete them, or use bulk actions to manage multiple notifications at once.
