Email Integration

Integrated Email Management

ISO Mate’s Email Integration lets you manage email directly within the platform. Connect personal or shared mailboxes, compose and reply to messages, organize with folders, and maintain a contact list; without switching to a separate email client.

Personal Mailboxes

Connect your own email account as a personal mailbox. Choose between Google OAuth for Gmail (secure, no password storage) or IMAP/SMTP for custom mail servers with configurable host, port, and encryption settings.

Shared Mailboxes

Set up shared mailboxes that multiple team members can access. Shared mailboxes are managed by administrators and are visible to all users with the appropriate permissions, making them ideal for support inboxes or team email addresses.

Email Composition

Compose emails with a rich text editor supporting bold, italic, underline, lists, links, and text alignment. Add recipients to To, CC, or BCC fields. Attach files up to 10 MB each. Drafts are auto-saved every few seconds so you never lose work.

Reply, Reply All, and Forward

Reply to individual senders, reply to all recipients, or forward messages to new recipients. The original email is quoted in the reply for context, and your default signature is automatically inserted.

Email Folders

Emails are organized into standard folders: Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash, and Spam. Create custom folders and labels to organize emails by project, client, or any category that fits your workflow.

Search and Filters

Find emails quickly with search across subject and sender. Filter by read/unread status, starred, archived, has attachments, or date range. Sort by date, sender, or subject.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple emails and perform bulk actions: mark as read/unread, star/unstar, archive/unarchive, or delete.

Email Signatures

Create multiple email signatures with the rich text editor. Set a default signature per mailbox, or choose a different signature when composing. Signatures are automatically appended to new messages and replies.

Contacts

Maintain a contact list with names, email addresses, phone numbers, and organization details. Contacts are automatically extracted from email communications and can be managed manually. Export contacts to CSV or PDF.
