Getting Started with ISO Mate

Welcome to ISO Mate

ISO Mate is a project management, quality assurance, and compliance platform for development teams. This guide walks you through your first steps.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit the ISO Mate registration page.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a password that meets the complexity requirements.
  3. Alternatively, click Sign in with Google to register using your Google account.
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to verify your address.

Step 2: Set Up Your Organization

  1. After verifying your email, you will be prompted to create your organization (account).
  2. Enter your organization name.
  3. Your organization is created and you are automatically assigned as the owner.

Step 3: Invite Your Team

  1. Navigate to Account Users in the sidebar.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. Enter the user’s email address, name, and department.
  4. Select one or more roles to assign.
  5. Click Add User. The user receives an email invitation to join your organization.

Step 4: Configure Account Settings

  1. Click the gear icon or navigate to Settings > Account Settings.
  2. Set your organization name, default timezone, and business address.
  3. Click Save.

Step 5: Explore the Platform

Use the sidebar to navigate between modules:

  • Dashboard: Overview of key metrics and recent activity
  • DevOps: Backlog, Board, Releases, DoD Templates, Issue Templates
  • QA: Features, User Stories, Test Cases, Test Cycles, Environments, Metrics, Traceability
  • Tasks: Task management with recurring tasks
  • Compliance: Frameworks, Requirements, Policies, Procedures, Controls, Evidence
  • Incidents: Incident tracking and investigation
  • Calendar: Events with Google Calendar integration
  • Email: Mailbox management
  • Chat: Channels and direct messages
  • Contacts: Contact directory
  • Notes: Rich text documentation
  • Diagrams: Visual diagram builder
  • Reports: Analytics and exports
