The dashboard is where you land when you sign in, and it is the hub for getting around ISO Mate. It shows summary widgets for the modules you can access, with the top toolbar and the left sidebar giving you everything else. This guide gets you oriented.
The dashboard at a glance
The dashboard is a grid of widgets that summarize your work, such as an issues summary, tasks, test cycles, incidents, my work, active sprint, overdue items, help desk overview, compliance status, sales pipeline, upcoming events, recent activity, notifications, and workflow executions. You only see the widgets for modules you have permission to use. To change which widgets appear and how they are arranged, see Customizing Your Dashboard.
The top toolbar
- Menu icon: show or hide the sidebar.
- Logo: return to the dashboard from anywhere.
- Account name: switch between the accounts you belong to.
- AI Assistant, Notifications, and Feedback icons sit near the right.
- Settings (the gear icon): builder and account tools, including Workflow Builder, Object Builder, Roles and Permissions, Shared Mailboxes, Billing, and Account Settings.
- Profile (the person icon): your Profile, Security Settings, My Mailboxes, My Compliance, Manage Accounts, API Tokens, Data Privacy, and Logout.
The sidebar
The left sidebar groups the working features into collapsible sections: General, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Sales, Help Desk, Incidents, Compliance, and Reports. Published custom object types appear in their own Object Types section. Click a group header to expand or collapse it.
- Only the items you have permission for appear, so your menus reflect your role.
- Use Customize at the bottom of the sidebar to reorder the groups and items to match how you work.
Switching accounts
If you belong to more than one account, click the account name in the toolbar to switch. The sidebar, dashboard, and available features update to reflect the account you are working in.
