Welcome to ISO Mate. This guide walks you through the first steps: getting into an account, setting up your organization, inviting your team, and finding your way around. Each step links to a detailed guide when you want more.
Get into an account
If someone invited you, accept the invitation email and sign in. If you are starting fresh, create your account, then use Get Started to create your organization’s account. You can belong to more than one account and switch between them using the account name in the toolbar.
Set up your organization
Open Settings then Account Settings to set your organization name, time zone, and business details. See Configuring Account Settings for the full list.
Invite your team
Invite teammates and control what they can do using roles. See Managing Users and Roles.
While you are on a trial, an organization can hold up to ten people, counting invitations that have been sent and not yet answered. That is room enough to evaluate ISO Mate with the colleagues whose opinion you need, and subscribing lifts it to a ceiling no real team reaches.
Find your way around
You land on the dashboard, which summarizes your work. The left sidebar groups features such as DevOps, Quality Assurance, Sales, Help Desk, and Compliance, and the top toolbar holds Settings, your profile, notifications, and the AI Assistant. See Navigating the Dashboard.

Open the AI Assistant from the toolbar and use Product Help to ask how anything works. See Using the AI Support Chat.
