ISO Mate connects to Google Calendar for two-way sync, so events created on either side stay in step. You connect your Google account from Calendar Settings, then enable event sync on the connection to turn on syncing and Google Meet. Your Google calendars appear as calendar sources you can show or hide alongside your ISO Mate calendars.
Connect your Google account
- Open Calendar from the sidebar General group.
- Go to Settings, then find the Google Calendar Integration section.
- Click Connect Google Calendar.
- Sign in to your Google account in the popup and grant the requested permissions so ISO Mate can read and write your calendar events.
- The connection appears in the Google Calendar Integration section once authorization completes.
To link more than one Google account, use Add Another Account and repeat the sign in.
Enable two-way sync
On a connection, use Event Sync and Google Meet and click Enable to make it your sync target. Once enabled, events you create in ISO Mate on that Google calendar are pushed to Google, and events from Google are pulled back into ISO Mate, so changes on either side are reflected on the other. Click Sync now to run a sync immediately.
Show or hide Google calendars
Connected Google calendars appear as calendar sources. In the calendar sidebar, use the checkbox next to each source to show or hide its events without removing anything. For an overview of source types and visibility, see Calendar Sources and Settings.
Google Meet links
With event sync enabled, you can turn on Add Google Meet when creating an event on that Google calendar to generate a video conferencing link. The link appears on the event in both ISO Mate and Google Calendar. For the full event workflow, see Creating and Managing Calendar Events.
Share a Google calendar with your team
To let teammates see a connected calendar, use Share with Team and pick an access level. View only lets the team see events, while Collaborative lets them create and edit events. Use Stop sharing to make the calendar private again.
Disconnect Google Calendar
To disconnect an account, open Calendar Settings and click Disconnect on the connection. Events stop syncing with Google after disconnecting.
