Email List View

The email list shows all emails in the selected folder. The sidebar on the left shows your mailboxes and folders. Click a folder to view its emails.

Reading an Email

Click on an email in the list to open it in the viewer panel. The viewer shows the full email with sender, recipients, date, subject, body, and attachments.

Email Folders

Standard folders are created automatically for each mailbox:

  • Inbox: Incoming messages
  • Sent: Messages you have sent
  • Drafts: Unsent messages saved as drafts
  • Trash: Deleted messages
  • Spam: Messages marked as spam

You can also create custom folders and labels to organize emails by project, client, or topic.

Filtering Emails

Click the filter toggle to show the filter panel:

  • Search: Search by subject or sender
  • Read Status: All, Read, or Unread
  • Attachments: All, Has Attachments, or No Attachments
  • Starred: All, Starred, or Not Starred
  • Archived: All, Archived, or Not Archived
  • Date Range: From and To date pickers

Sorting

Sort emails by date (default), sender, or subject in ascending or descending order.

Starring and Archiving

Click the star icon on an email to star it for quick reference. Click the archive button to move an email to the archive. Both actions can be performed from the list view or the email viewer.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple emails using checkboxes, then use the bulk actions toolbar:

  • Mark as Read / Mark as Unread
  • Star / Unstar
  • Archive / Unarchive
  • Delete

Deleting Emails

Delete an email to move it to the Trash folder. Emails in Trash can be permanently deleted or restored.
