The Feedback portal in ISO Mate lets your team share ideas, request features, and report bugs, then vote and comment to help set priorities. You open the submission form from the feedback icon in the top toolbar, and you can browse and manage all submissions on the Feedback page in the sidebar. Each item carries a type, a visibility setting, votes, comments, and a status you can follow.
Submitting feedback
- Click the feedback icon in the top toolbar to open the submission dialog.
- Enter a clear Title and a Description of your idea or issue.
- Choose a Type: Feature Request, Feature Improvement, Bug Report, General Feedback, or Missing Knowledge.
- Set the Visibility to Public or Private, and for public items you can optionally submit anonymously.
- For a Bug Report, you can also capture the current console logs and a screenshot to help with debugging.
- Click Submit.
Priority is not set when you submit. The team assigns Low, Medium, High, or Urgent while reviewing an item.
Feedback statuses
Items move through these statuses as they are reviewed and acted on:
- New: just submitted and awaiting review.
- Under Review: being evaluated by the team.
- Planned: accepted and scheduled for work.
- In Progress: currently being built.
- Completed: delivered and available.
- Declined: not accepted.
Voting and commenting
Use the upvote or downvote controls on any item to signal how much it matters to you, and the vote count helps surface the ideas with the most support. Click the same control again to remove your vote. Open an item to add comments, ask questions, or discuss the details with everyone who can access the portal.
Finding feedback
On the Feedback page, filter by type, status, priority, or your own submissions, and search by title to find a specific item.
