ISO Mate gives you a dedicated reporting dashboard for each major module, all grouped under Reports in the sidebar. Every dashboard shares the same controls, so you filter with the token search bar, narrow the time window with quick date range pills, and export the exact view you are looking at to CSV or PDF.
Open the report dashboards
Expand the Reports group in the sidebar. Each item opens its own dashboard, and you only see the ones your role has permission to view:
- DevOps: issue and sprint delivery metrics
- QA: test execution and coverage metrics
- Task: task completion and workload
- Help Desk: ticket volume and support performance
- Incident: incident distribution and response
- Compliance: requirement and control posture
- Sales: pipeline and deal performance
- Feedback: feedback distribution and trends
- Calendar: scheduling patterns
- Account: account wide activity and usage
Filter and set the date range
Every dashboard offers two complementary controls. Quick date range pills let you switch between 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, and 1 Year with a single click, and a label confirms the exact range in view. The token search bar adds filter tokens with “is” and “is not” operators, so you can include or exclude specific values, for example “Status is Compliant” or “Priority is not Low”.
DevOps reports
Track your development workflow with issue distributions by status (To Do, In Progress, Done), type (Epic, Story, Task, Bug, Subtask), priority (High, Medium, Low), and assignee, alongside sprint delivery trends.
QA reports
Follow testing progress with test execution results (Passed, Failed, Blocked, Not Run), coverage of requirements by test cases, and the completion status of active test cycles.
Task reports
Monitor task completion and workload, including tasks by status, tasks by assignee, overdue tasks, and completion trends over time.
Help Desk reports
Review support performance, covering ticket volume by channel, agent response and resolution, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction over time.
Incident reports
Analyze incident patterns with distributions by status (Open, Investigating, Contained, Resolved, Closed), severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low), category (Data Breach, Security Incident, System Outage, Policy Violation, Other), and resolution time.
Compliance reports
Monitor your compliance posture with requirements by status (Compliant, Warning, Non-Compliant), controls by implementation state (Not Implemented, In Progress, Implemented), the overall compliance percentage, and a per framework breakdown.
Sales reports
Track your pipeline with deals by stage, pipeline value over time, and deal closures, so you can see how work is progressing toward revenue.
Feedback reports
Understand feedback with distributions by type, status, and priority, plus submission trends showing the volume received over time.
Calendar reports
Analyze scheduling with events by day of week, events by calendar source, and event trends over time.
Account reports
Get an overview of account wide activity and usage metrics across the workspace.
Export reports
Each dashboard includes Export CSV and Export PDF buttons. Use CSV for further analysis in a spreadsheet, or PDF for stakeholder presentations and audit documentation. The export respects your current filters, so you send exactly the data you are viewing.
Report permissions
Access to each dashboard is controlled by permissions in role management. An administrator can grant or restrict each report type independently, so people only see the data that is relevant to their role.
