Managing Notification Preferences

Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive and when, so you stay informed without being overwhelmed.

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Click your profile avatar and select Notification Preferences, or navigate to Settings > Notifications.

Notification Categories

Toggle notifications on or off for each category:

  • Tasks: Task assignments, status changes, due date reminders
  • Issues: Issue assignments, sprint updates, release notifications
  • Calendar: Event reminders and calendar updates
  • QA: Test execution assignments, cycle updates
  • Incidents: Incident assignments, status changes, escalations
  • Compliance: Policy attestation requests, procedure reminders
  • Email: New email notifications
  • Chat: Channel messages, direct messages, mentions
  • Workflows: Workflow execution notifications
  • Custom Objects: Entry creation and update notifications
  • Notes: Shared note notifications
  • Account: User management, role changes, invitations

Quiet Hours

Set quiet hours to pause notifications during specific times:

  1. Enable Quiet Hours.
  2. Set the start time and end time (e.g., 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
  3. During quiet hours, notifications are queued and delivered when quiet hours end.

Notification Tray

Click the bell icon in the header to view recent notifications. Mark individual notifications as read, or click Mark All as Read to clear the unread count.
