Create with AI turns a plain description into a ready-to-save record, resolves names and dates for you, and shows exactly what will be created before it commits, so entry is fast and complete without the manual clicking.
What you can do
- Describe records in plain language: say what you want and the assistant works out the record type and fills the fields from your description.
- Confirm before anything saves: every flow ends with a confirmation card in readable form, and no record is created until you approve it.
- Refine before you commit: send follow-up prompts to adjust the preview, and each refinement replaces the last so you never confirm a stale version.
- Start from anywhere: use the Create tab in the AI Assistant panel, or the Create with AI option on any list page create button to start in the right context.
- Rely on your real data: the assistant links real account users for assignees and owners, resolves relative dates in your timezone, and reuses existing parent records before proposing new ones.
- Create only, never change: the assistant can create records but cannot update or delete, and every record is scoped to your account and written to the audit log.

It is the same create capability offered by the AI Assistant Create tab, and each record type respects the same permission as its manual create path. When AI create is unavailable for your account or your permissions, the control falls back to a plain manual create button, so you can always build records by hand.
