Your Command Center
The dashboard is your central hub for monitoring work across all modules. It features a fully customizable widget-based layout that adapts to your role and preferences.
Quick Actions
At the top of the dashboard, Quick Actions let you create new items with a single click: Create Issue, Create Task, Create Test Cycle, Create Incident, Create Ticket, Create Note, and Object Builder. Each button is visible based on your permissions.
Dashboard Widgets
The dashboard includes 14 widgets, each showing data from a different area of the platform:
- My Work: Issues, tasks, and tickets assigned to you with tabbed navigation
- Issues Summary: Total issue count (excluding subtasks) with status and type breakdown, plus a donut chart and 7-day trend sparkline
- Tasks Summary: Completion percentage with progress bar, donut chart, and 7-day trend sparkline
- Active Sprint: Sprint name, dates, progress bar, status chips, stacked bar chart, and burndown data
- Overdue Items: Tasks and incidents past their due date with priority and severity badges
- Help Desk Overview: Open tickets, unassigned count, SLA breaches, and priority breakdown with 7-day ticket trend
- Test Cycles Summary: Active cycle count and overall pass rate
- Incidents Summary: Open incident count with severity breakdown
- Compliance Status: Overall compliance percentage, active frameworks, requirement status, and policies below threshold
- Sales Pipeline: Open deals, pipeline value, win rate, and active leads
- Upcoming Events: Next 5 calendar events with Today and Tomorrow badges
- Notifications: Unread count with recent notifications and Mark All Read
- Workflow Executions: 24-hour execution count, status breakdown, and recent failures
- Recent Activity: Tabbed view of recently updated issues, tasks, and test executions
Each widget loads independently with skeleton loading animations. Widgets that fail to load show an error state with a retry button, without affecting other widgets.
